Policies

Good Neighbors Candle Co. is a family run home based business. Our customer’s needs are our highest priority, so we waste no time in processing your order. If your entire order is in stock, it will typically ship the next business day. If an item is out of stock, or you have placed a custom order, it will be hand- crafted for you, and will typically ship within three days. Please contact me if you have a question or concern regarding how long your order might take to process.

Returns:

We have enjoyed 100% customer satisfaction regarding our fragrances. However, fragrance is a matter of personal preference.  In the event that you order a product that does not agree with your senses, you may return it to us at your expense and choose another at the same price point, which I will ship free of charge. Candles may only be returned if unused, unburned, carefully packaged, with all items intact.

Please notify us if your order was damaged in transit. This type of return is processed on an individual basis depending on how it was shipped.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt.

Insured shipping:

Items from the “One-of- a -Kinds” category, more delicate creations, and larger difficult to ship candles, are shipped with insurance paid for by Good Neighbors Candle Co.

Even if your order falls outside of the categories listed above, you can still request insurance for your added peace of mind. You will be billed for the additional cost.
